Terms and Conditions for Y2DANCE Studio

Reservation and Cancellation Policy:
1. All classes must be reserved in advance through our online booking system or by contacting the studio directly.
2. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class to receive class credit.
Code of Conduct:
1. All students, staff, and visitors must conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner within the studio premises.
2. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion from the studio.
Health and Safety:
1. Students must adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the instructors.
2. Any injuries or health conditions must be disclosed to the studio management prior to participating in classes.
Payment and Fees:
1. Payment for classes, workshops, or events must be made in full prior to participation.
2. Late payment may result in additional fees or loss of reservation.
Studio Property:
1. Y2DANCE is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings on the premises.
2. Any damage to studio property caused by a student must be compensated for accordingly.
Privacy Policy:
1. Y2DANCE respects the privacy of all individuals and will not disclose personal information to third parties without consent.

NOTICE: Photography and Videography Disclaimer
Your active participation at Y2D signifies your agreement and consent for the studio to capture and utilise photo and videos for the studio. These visual recording may be used for various purposes including, documentation, social media and other necesserary studio related activities.

Changes to Schedule:
1. Y2DANCE reserves the right to modify or cancel scheduled classes, workshops, or events.
2. In the event of a cancellation, every effort will be made to notify affected participants and provide suitable alternatives.
By participating in classes or events at Y2DANCE, individuals agree to comply with the aforementioned terms and conditions. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in denial of access to studio facilities and services.
